$150 / month per member
Membership is $150 per month. The $150 monthly price applies per member, and each member pays a one-time $25 enrollment fee when they join. There is no separate family, household, dependent, or child pricing.

Prepaid plans are a billing choice only. Every member receives the same care and the same access, whichever schedule they choose.
The patient panel will never exceed 300 patients, which ensures high quality care. If you wait too long to sign up, there will most likely be a waiting list.

Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, procedures, and optional therapies are billed separately unless otherwise noted. Optional therapies are offered à la carte, so you choose only what is appropriate for you.
What membership does not replace
- • It is not health insurance, and it does not cover hospital or emergency care.
- • You cannot use insurance to pay the membership fee, but you can still use insurance for prescriptions, labs, imaging, and specialist referrals.
- • For a traumatic injury or emergency, go to the emergency room or an urgent care center.
Managing or cancelling your membership
You can view invoices and receipts, add or remove members, or cancel at any time in the patient portal. You must create an account before you can access the portal.
