The Vision

I founded Mind, Body, Spirit – DPC/Concierge Medicine with a simple but often overlooked belief: healthcare should be personal, accessible, and centered around the whole person, not just isolated symptoms.

As a board-certified physician, my training has provided a strong foundation in evidence-based medicine. Over time, I recognized that traditional healthcare models often limit the time, attention, and connection that patients truly deserve. That realization led me to create a different kind of practice—one that prioritizes meaningful relationships, longer visits, and care tailored to each individual.

My approach focuses on three essential elements of health:

Mind – mental clarity, emotional well-being, and cognitive health

Body – physical health, prevention, and optimized function

Spirit – purpose, balance, and overall life alignment

By removing the constraints of insurance-driven care, I am able to focus entirely on you. Whether we are addressing chronic conditions, optimizing performance, or exploring advanced therapies, my goal is to provide thoughtful, comprehensive care that supports long-term wellness.

I believe that great medicine happens when there is trust, time, and a shared commitment to your health. This practice was built to make that possible.

The concept

  • I do not bill insurance, so there is no intermediary puppet masters dictating how you are cared for. The monthly membership fee allows direct contact with me.

  • If you have insurance, you can still use it to pay for prescriptions, labs, diagnostic/screening imaging, specialist referral, etc. I just choose not to deal with the puppet masters, which allows for higher quality medical care.

  • There is no front office staff, no billers and coders, and no ancillary staff. This keeps the cost of running the clinic low.

  • Starting in 2026, if you have a high deductible insurance plan with an HSA, $150 per month can be used from the HSA to cover the cost of the membership.

  • Just as an example, we can spend two hours together during the initial visit to make sure nothing is missed. I control the schedule, not some clinic coordinator who overbooks just to bring in more money

  • Whereas most primary care physicians have a patient panel of approximately 3000 patients, I will never let my panel exceed 300 patients. This allows easy scheduling and more time together.

  • There will be no waiting room in which you're sitting there surrounded by other patients with the flu and other illnesses. The clinic is intentionally equipped with one exam room, which means that there will only be one patient in at a time. Not only will you avoid getting sick just by coming to the doctor, but you will have complete healthcare privacy.

  • Complete anonymity… for those who value their privacy, there is a private rear entrance into the practice. I mean, not everyone wants everyone else to know that they are dealing with severe depression and are coming in for a ketamine infusion
